Acceptable, but with some issues

The room was of good size (I liked the balcony).
The pool was too cold for swimming, and it was unfortunate it could not be heated at all. This limited its use . I find this disappointing.

i enjoyed the forest view room, it had a vista of the tropical forest. balinese touches included manicured gardens and fresh flower arrangements. i appreciated the ability to have breakfast all day. the balinese staff provided quality service and genuine kindness.
I noticed the hotel is a bit old. I found this slightly detracted from the overall experience
