Acceptable, but with some issues
good sized room good balcony cold pool pool heating
The room was of good size (I liked the balcony).
The pool was too cold for swimming, and it was unfortunate it could not be heated at all. This limited its use . I find this disappointing.

lovely experience!
forest view fresh flower quality service genuine kindness
i enjoyed the forest view room, it had a vista of the tropical forest. balinese touches included manicured gardens and fresh flower arrangements. i appreciated the ability to have breakfast all day. the balinese staff provided quality service and genuine kindness.
I noticed the hotel is a bit old. I found this slightly detracted from the overall experience

The restaurant features a varied menu, i could choose from many options! the hotel provides all-day breakfast, i found this flexible. i enjoyed fresh juices. They were tasty and refreshing.
